Aaron Allan is the Chicago areas best kept secret and we are lucky to have him. In
his mid twenties, Aaron is a rock solid drummer who keeps great time and really
wails when the time is right! Did somebody say Moby Dick? He says his influences
are "Everyone I meet who plays". He has recently worked with The Chicago Blues
Angels, The Johnny Chicago Trio, and Helltainium. Not only is Aaron one of the most
prolific & powerful drummers in the area, he also sells musical instruments and
band gear at
Guitar Center in Joliet. If you need gear Aaron is your man. Aaron is

Tim Majewski
Rhythm & Lead Guitar, Lead Vocals
Tim Majewski started playing music at a young age.  By the time he was 8 he was
already being trained in guitar, upright bass, a variety of vocal techniques, and
music theory.  He maintained his studies into college where he ventured out into
studio recording and engineering courses to broaden the foundation.  When Tim
was 22, he began playing with long-time teacher, Ron Smith, and the Southsiders
blues band, playing on a wide variety of stages throughout the Chicagoland music
scene.  Toward the end of 2008, Tim was introduced to Dave Johnson and Uncle
Freddy who were looking to reformat West 34…and the vision began to seem
promising.  Tim joined West 34 in the months following and has gone from being not
only a guitar player but he has proudly taken on the role of lead vocalist for the
band.  Tim’s favorite rig is a Fender Stratocaster through his Victoria amplifier.

West 34
Born and raised In Oak Park IL, Fred grew up at a time where there was always a
radio (AM) or a record (yes, he is that old) playing somewhere. He developed an
early appreciation for music and grew up listening to the great harmony rich, sticky
sweet pop music that was cool in the  60's and 70's. In 1974 he saw his first rock
concert at the International Amphitheatre and was hooked on rock forever. It was
Mountain with Leslie West opening up for the legendary Deep Purple with Ritchie
Blackmore and Jon Lord. Over 30 years and hundreds of concerts and shows later
he met up with "Big Wave" Dave Johnson and the idea and plan for West 34 was
born. Fred is co-owner of Central Auto Rebuilders of Brookfield, an auto body repair
facility. Central Auto is also the headquarters of West 34, LLC the management and
publishing company of all West 34 projects.

Eugene McGhee
Bass Guitar
Eugene McGhee is a Chicago native and a recent graduate of the Jacobs School of
Music at Indiana University with a Masters of Music in Jazz Studies.  While attending
IU, Eugene worked with young musicians as the Rhythm Section Music Director for
the African American Choral Ensemble at Indiana U's African American Arts Institute.
While studying classical music in high school as a clarinetist, Eugene also spent his
early years in music learning guitar, piano and drums.  During his undergraduate
study at DePauw University (Greencastle, IN), a deeper look into pursuing music as a
career inspired Eugene to switch to the instrument that best represented his musical
"voice," the electric bass.  Since the switch, Eugene has performed with dozens of
recording artists including Indianapolis' favorite soul singer
Cynthia Layne and the
long-time popular jazz guitarist, Steve Weakley, He has spent a cumulative 16 months
performing nightly under various long-term contracts ranging from theatre houses to
cruise lines.  While attending Indiana U, Eugene studied Jazz with the great music
educator
David Baker under the private instruction of Jeremy Allen.  Eugene has
recently returned to the city of Chicago to pursue music in his home town.
